    Default Online schools

Anyone get a degree from an online school? I'm thinking of (finally) finishing up, getting an associates in something. I've taken classes here and there at a local community college over the past couple years just for the hell of it, so I have a few options.

I've been talking to a lady from U. of Phoenix. Anybody use them before? Feedback? From what I have gathered, they will be the fasted way to get finished, but also be the most expensive.

I would like to finish soon though, so any feedback, or ideas, would be greatly appreciated.

I heard a lot of good about U of Phoenix... you may want to see what you want to get your degree in first or an area of study. There are several schools.. just take a deeper look, any school's going to try to "recruit you".. make sure you talk to a guidance counselor first and then make your decisions according to your goals in life/school.

Recruit...you ain't kiddin! Talking to the lady from UoP, it's like a sales pitch.

Currently, I can get an associates in either Accounting, Business management, Computer Sciences, History, or Financial Services...depending on what the schools offer.

As for goals...really don't know that...never really did. I thought that I would work on computers from day 1, but switched over to cars, then got into economics/politics... I'm the "Why can't I just be more like my brother?" kinda person.

Well in school, like in anything you do that's goal oriented, you need to have a place you're trying to reach. Soooo yea pick a field of study/area of study and decide on a school that takes you down that path or gets you to your goal.

and yea they try hard to get you there don't they?? lol.. this one lady at National Louis Univ in lisle is still calling wondering if I'm coming there while i'm already enrolled in another school currently taking 4 summer classes LOL... speaking of that I need to register for the fall semester.. ty for reminding me!
