80's movie help plz

I'm on hunt for the name of a 80's comedy movie but i cant remember the title only a few vague scenes.I remember it was about 2 young guys working at a theme park during summer.One scene theyre talking to the owner in his office and one of the guys is wearing a mask that sorta looked like Nixon and it had a dick for a nose.Another scene they go underneath a water fountain to look up girls skirts.Anybody know?

I loved all them type movies then... right from Porky's on...

Up the Creek, Goin' all the way... and the rest.. lol

Ah, the summer 'vacation' pick-up flick... camp, skischool, the rapids... there was always a contest... an a training montage... lol
