im not sure if she is getting paid, think about it, Nintendo owns pokemon, Nintendo is a family friendly company, would Nintendo want girls dressed up as sluttier version of their family friendly pokemon line? Not to mention there are 1000's of cosplayers there and many of them are hot and dress similar to this

It certainly wouldn't be the first time that a hot chick dressed up as an interpretation of a video game character and was designated to do so by the parent company...it happens at E3 every year.

I see your point, but I don't think Nintendo would sexualize (the only word i can think of) a brand such as Pokemon. Now if I saw someone who was supposed to be Samus from metroid dressed all slutty, then yea, I could believe Nintendo was behind it (along with Team Ninja)
