In case you're not familiar with woot, it's a site that usually offers good deals on some sort of random product, and a new one gets listed every night at 1 am eastern. Occasionally, they'll do a 'woot off', in which they list a product until it sells out, then move to a new one, rinse repeat. Usually lasts a day or two, and you never know what you might find (tvs to vacuums to rc helicopters to laptops to bobbleheads to you name it). They will often end in what's known as a 'bag of crap'. Doesn't sound that appealing, I know- but it always crashes the site. If you're lucky enough to get one, DO IT. It's always $1, and it's always awesome. I have managed to get one- once. When the big ol' box showed up, it had an emergency jump box, 2 pda styluses that were also pens, 2 cordless telephones with answering machine bases, plus other fun small stuff. The other great thing is that shipping is ALWAYS $5, whether it's a tv or not- and BTW, someone did actually get a 61" lcd tv for their bag of crap. Give it a shot and see what deal you can get!

The wine site has a new deal on wine once a week, and the shirt site has a new t-shirt design every day (and you can buy the top 20 designs at a given time for an additional $5, they have a "reckoning" once a week to remove the lowest performing design). Both great sites as well.
