Police in TN found a four year-old child wandering his neighborhood at 4AM drinking beer and wearing a dress he'd taken from under a neighbor's Christmas tree.

The child's 21 year-old mother said he wanted to go to jail because that's where his daddy is.

She also said that she and the father were going through a difficult divorce.

HAHAHAHAHA that kid is gonna be a handful

I love how the mom tried to jusitfy not being aware of what her childs doing at 4am by saying he wants to visit daddy and theyre going through a divoice
