    Default What's wrong with me?

Just recently I've been very restless, nervous, anxious, can't sleep, can't relax. It goes away and comes back. I know a doctor would be a good solution, I don't have access to one sadly. I figured I'd ask for some help or support here.

Get more exercise. A lot of doctors will just try to load you up on $$$ pills.

It sounds like your really stressed out and your dealing with alot of anxiety, maybe even overworked a lil, ive been dealing with the same thing myself lately, talking to someone helps Alot. Try listening to some music and trying to relax to slow the pace down a bit, theres no reason to be nervous everything'll be alright, we all have our bad days and our good days but believe me you'll be ok. =)

PS. Theres nothing wrong with You, Alot of people deal with this sorta thing, your not alone.

Thanks Jarian. I'm at the doctors to see if maybe getting me back on zoloft will help. I think a recent bathroom accident and the cold and allergy medicine zertekd just screwed me up. It's like I can't relax or rest in my room. I haven't overworked myself. We'll see what this doctor says. I'm ok at the moment. It's just I need to keep feeling ok and calm.

I get that way too sometimes. Watch what you eat, try to not intake a lot of caffeine. Try working out, that releases endorphins that will help you relax. Good luck.

sounds like you have a lot on your mind

after you've done all you can do try and learn to shut it off for a little while.
find something that takes your mind off things, music, movies, video games, maddie, etc

and working out and a good diet can really change the way you feel

I didn't have much on my mind. My nerves were on edge. Possibly from cold medicine. I saw a doctor temporarily, they gave me the zoloft I used to be on to help me. We'll see from there. Now to get rid of this cold and get lots of rest.

I have the same problem. I did a sleep study in about 8th grade and they told me it had to do with an overactive brain wave pattern. one that didn't rest or ebbs at awkward times during the day and rarely at night.
not much I can do about it but get medicated, and I don't like to be medicated, so I am just dealing with it. let me know if anything works for you

It sounds like how I felt while I was quiting smoking... my advice to you, as a non-medical professional... is to begin smoking... STAT!

Seriously though, what KJ described is exactly what cold turkey feels like. I've never been on anti-depressants, but when I described what quitting smoking feels like to people who are clinically depressed, they cite the same symptoms. Maybe Zoloft will help :dunno

I believe ive heard of zoloft before, that should do the trick for you, ive ive taken anti-depressants before and they seem to help, i truely believe that stress is one of the Major causes of not being able to relax, i hope that your alright. Ive had accidents in the bathroom before so i know how that is, i say just do whatever you can to relax an remain calm, you dont wanna have a panic attack or anything, ive had those before an they suck haha, you'll be fine! =)

Some more advice I have for you is to sleep when you feel like it. allow yourself time for a nap when you can. if you aren't tired don't bother going to bed. do something productive and you will feel more accomplished and it will be easier to find some peace of mind

Just dont start a fightclub. Seriously. Its bad news. But speaking of fight club, you tried just crying? I know it sounds queer, but like you get the greatest night sleep after a tearjerker movie sometimes.
