Default Making an offer on a bike.... need advice

I am looking at a bike that retails for 2999 and the dealer wants 3600. What should I offer including tax, title, and license?

Be a guest sales lady for a day. I am sure you will sell a bunch of bikes for that dealership. And that bike would be your sales commision.

71 Skylark 350 got it for 2 even runs like a champ. got a little rust on the back window but I am looking for a piece at a junkyard.

I really wanted either a 69 nova or chevelle, but they are so hard to find that people are willing to part with. or they are crap in my price range. or the nice ones they are willing to get rid of are expensive. this one had a similar look. driving by the lot I had to do some rubbernecking to make sure it wasn't a chevelle from the front end alone

here's a picture of the 63 bel air I just finished restoring, (not so much of the restoration mostly just of the sanding and paint. I have a video of the dual exhaust we put on it on my facebook) bel air wasn't my first choice, especially the sedan but my dad went in half on in when I was still in college so I jumped on it

That Buick is awesome! I bet they all have some rust @ the rear window, the ones that don't probably have no miles and are currently on Barrett-Jackson lol.

And the Bel Air came out excellent! Quite the car to pick to do "sanding and paint"...be hard to find a bigger one!

Looks straight as an arrow now, all that work paid off. Color looks right too.

Could you post the vid of the duel exhaust? I don't have facebook... but I would enjoy seeing it.

    That sounds cool...sounds like glass-packs?...

I had straight throughs on a 69 Tempest once...sounded excellent but would not pass state inspection!

ha they were too loud? I don't think they care around here about the noise as far as inspections go. there are too many people with stereos that make mufflers a welcome noise to hear. when i got this my brother started asking what kind of speakers I was going to put in it and I was like NONE not one damn speaker , as a matter of fact I may rip out the stereo altogether at first just because I'm tired of that being the major thing in everyone's vehicle

I agree. Music is fine while driving but sometimes especially with something that sounds as good as the older cars I would rather just listen to the motor and exhaust.
