    Default Nerding it up (high voltage, vacuum pump, other dangerous stuff!)

    Just did some testing of what I guess can only be called a demo "linear fusor" (read: fusor.net)

    It's just a demo, so I didn't put a ton of money in it. It's mostly PVC . I got a vacuum pump from amazon, and high voltage transformer (solid state) from ebay, and put it all together, and here's what I got: (just plasma)
