Urban is tearing it up so far. I hope he grabs a couple more blue chips to get the first spot.

I think of all the schools on this top 50 list, the one that surprises me the most is Vanderbilt (#24). If you're a top recruit, why go there? You got no chance of being competitive in your league so your best hope is 6-6 and get into a crap bowl. If I were a top player, no way I'd go that route.

The team I root for is never on lists like this, it's one of those hoping for a minor bowl too.

Let me retract my previous statement it doesn't surprise me they are on the list it surprises me they are so high on the list. I don't think they will do too great but the recruiting class is looking like it might be the turnaround the need to get them back on track

Urban did a nice job with such a short time to recruit. Can't wait to see what he does next year with a full year of recruiting.

The SEC will dominate again next year as they try to win their 7th consecutive National Championship. I really don't see another team ready to knock them out of winning another National Championship. It should be interesting to see how Missouri and Texas A&M do next year in the best conference in college football, the SEC.

I think Ohio State needs to get them another QB, because the guy they had last year wasn't much of a passer, just mainly a running back playing QB. I didn't really see Ohio State much last year, but that's what I thought after seeing him play. I'm in SEC country, so their games always dominate my tv viewing most of the time unless it's a top 20 matchup between teams in other conferences.

Braxton Miller will be a top qb...he was just a true freshman running an offense that wasn't built for him. He will go off this year...

I remember watching a sophomore at Nease high school named Tim Tebow hoping he would come to Texas. I remember watching a jr qb from Artesia Nm commit to oklahoma thinking it was a big mistake for his career. and I remember a qb from Madison named vince young that made the right decision.

I've been watching a kid from Whitewright Tx named Tyrone Swoops for a year or two now that just made me happy to be a Longhorn again
