LOL! Has anyone ever used a Neti Pot!? I have been sick for a couple days now and I used it yesterday....... They are freaking awesome! I could actually breath for a little bit! Haha! I was going to post a youtube vid buts it not exactly the prettiest thing to do! lol but if any one has a sinus infection or a cold...... try it out! GOOD STUFF

bri was talking about this a while back and she said they were amazing -- i guess they HAVE to be good if both of you say they're good. =)

I have one too and it really helped me out when I was uber sick a few months back. Really weird to use and kinda gross but it definitely works!

YES!! I have!! I recently had a really bad sinus infection...it worked like a miracle!! I loooooved it!!

i use something similar to the neti pot, the main difference though is that the water/sodium soloution is forced up the nostril at a high velocity... clears me right up though...

I've been thinking about getting one, how does it work exactly? I figured it would choke me!

u fill the pot w/warm distilled water, pour the salt mixture in, stir it up, take the spout and stick it in one nostril, tilt your head and let the water pour through and it comes out the other nostril. If you are constantly congested or suffering from sinus infections then it works wonders...

there is no way in hell i would do that

I used one other day and could have sworn a small gerbil or something came out of the other side... gotta love em!

I love my neti pot, I have been using it for almost a year now I use it twice a day and it has really helped me to cut down on the problems I have with my allergies! Hopefully you get feeling better madden!
