    It was fine when I imported the image layers from Photoshop to Ulead GIF Animator, but one of the adjustments from there messed it up.

    What version of photoshop you using? you can animate in photoshop and it does transparent bg's, all you gotta do is leave it transparent . I'm speaking about cs4 and up
